The Product process of Epoxy Coating Silicone Rubber Keypad is that mixed epoxy resin and curing agent material on the keytop surface, placement of epoxy resin and curing agent for a moment, can be dried into effect like crystal. Epoxy Keypad make Epoxy keypad have ornate-crystal beauty, and also have a excellent transparent surface like as solid as PC PMMA plastic.The advantage of Epoxy Silicone Rubber Keypad is to protect the symbols and graphic on the key surface from abrasion scratch and chemical etc. and also achieves the effect of dustproof and waterproof. Because of its existence, our products have extended the life time of the keypad, and it has a comfortable hand feel.
Our Manufacturing Process：
Step 1：
Mix the high-purity epoxy resin and curing agent and stir evenly, put it into glue pot.
Step 2:
On the surface of key & button that have been silk printing or laser cutting quickly drop the glue pot, and then leave it for a period of time to reduce a large area of air bubbles.
Step 3:
Inspect the product and dispose of bubbles with a flamethrower once they are found.
Step 4:
Leave the epoxy resin coated silicone keypad for 12 hours or put it into oven(60℃～70℃), to allow the high-purity epoxy to cure completely.
