Manufacturing Process :

  1. Material Selection: High-quality silicone rubber is chosen for its durability, flexibility, and performance. The hardness is carefully selected based on the specific application requirements, ranging from 30 to 75A Shore.
  2. Mold Design and Tooling: A custom mold is designed according to the required shape and specifications of the silicone keyboard. This step ensures the precise fit and alignment of each component, including keypads and conductive elements.
  3. Silicone Compression Molding: The silicone material is placed in a mold, and heat and pressure are applied to form the desired shape of the keyboard. This process ensures accurate dimensions and optimal material properties.
  4. Surface Coating (PU Coating): A polyurethane (PU) coating is applied to the silicone keyboard to enhance its durability, provide a smooth texture, and improve resistance to wear, scratches, and environmental factors.

We operate 15 rubber compression molding machines and 2 LSR injection molding machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.

To maintain rigorous quality control, we utilize 3D projectors, sealing testers, durometers, and a skilled QC team. Our mechanical equipment includes an AutoDryer Line, automatic screen printing machines, 3D measuring instruments, high-speed doming machines, and die-cutting systems.With ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications, our state-of-the-art facilities and stringent quality control procedures ensure the delivery of top-tier products that meet global standards.
