SILICONE KEYPAD PARTNER
Description:
A screen-printed, rubberized keypad is a sophisticated interface system with several critical functions. It consists of four basic components: the panel, the top circuit, the insulation layer, and the bottom circuit for seamless operation. When pressure is applied to the membrane switch, the upper circuit contacts deform downward to establish a conductive connection with the lower circuit panel contacts. When released, the upper circuit contacts spring back, breaking the circuit and triggering a signal. Silicone rubber switches are known for their rugged construction, stylish appearance and excellent sealing performance, with waterproofing and extended service life. It is widely used in various fields, including electronic communication, industrial control, medical equipment, automotive, smart toys, home appliances and more.
