 Plastic Silicone Rubber Keypad Production Process:

  2. Application of silk screen printing or spraying coating followed by laser etching, and application of PU or UV coating.
  3. Die cutting for plastic button caps.
  4. Assembly of keycap and silicone keyboard using adhesive.

– Labor-intensive assembly process: The production and assembly of P+R keypads require substantial manual labor.

– Not suitable for low-volume production of P+R keypads.
